TERMS OF SERVICE and GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between the company MAHER Deco S. L with the Mondo Kids & Home trademark and its Internet clients (“The Client”).
Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges knowing and declares to accept said conditions from the moment they click on the I accept button.
1/ Particular conditions of sale and cancellations
The customer acknowledges knowing at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, color, details of the products, etc. ) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.
Since they are customizable products, manufacturing is carried out by order received and once said manufacturing is activated, that order is unique and exclusive for the client. For this reason, indicate that if you wish to cancel an order you must send to info@mondokidsandhome. With your decision, if the production has not started we will accept such cancellation.
Our products can have customization and therefore requires internal preparation work (design, customization, adjustment of measurements), if the customer wishes to cancel the order, there will be no cost if the process has not started. customization work, otherwise, if the order has already started the production process and contains personalized products or with personalized measurements, 25% of the total amount to be paid will be deducted to cover the costs of the work carried out.
Once the order is manufactured (we work on request), cancellations of orders that have been personalized (include text, name or murals that are made to measure) will not be accepted. For the rest of the products, returns will be accepted as long as they do not have been used, are returned in the same packaging, sent by transport at your expense, and once we verify that their condition is in perfect condition, we will proceed to the payment.
The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart and confirm" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button "I have read the general conditions of sale and I accept them. " in the order confirmation process.
Mondo Kids & Home's automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order, but later a verification of the order will be carried out to identify if there has been any anomaly or error in the registration. In the event of an error in the registry (computer error, lack of data, unrecorded measurements, prices at 0, etc. ), the client will be informed of said incident.
3/ Order confirmation
Our online store automatically sends confirmation that we have received your order to the email indicated by the client and we inform you of the detail of its content. In the case of detecting any anomaly or you have forgotten to add some information, you can do so through our email info@mondokidsandhome. com indicating your name and order code.
4/ Incidents in the registry
On certain occasions, an order may remain in a "review" state due to detecting an incident, such as in the payment of the order through the payment gateway (payment not completed between the client bank and the MAHER Deco S. L ), also due to some computer error in which a product may be priced at 0, in these cases we will always inform the client and we will seek a joint solution to be able to confirm the registration of the order "without incidents".
There are products in our online store such as TEXTILE PACKS with a price of 0, when the customer selects one or more boxes of the desired products with a click, the system calculates the price. If you decide NOT to select any product from the pack and press ADD TO CART, our online store (Prestashop) allows you to register it at 0, but we inform you that it WILL NOT BE VALID and will not be accepted.
Our online store DOES NOT GENERATE gift products at a price of 0, any product with a price of 0 IS NOT VALID. You have checked the box with one click "I agree with the General Conditions of Sale and I accept them unconditionally (read) *" therefore, with said action, it ACCEPTS what is indicated in this section of incidents in the registry.
5/ Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods at the time of placing the order. Mondo Kids & Home reserves the right to use all means necessary to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. In the case of making a change of delivery address to "other countries", the customer must pay for the transport according to our cost conditions of the carrier by Zone/Country.
UNITED KINGDOM SPECIAL
The transport company of the European Union obliges us, in the event that the order exceeds the value of €146 (included) and is sent to countries outside the European Union, due to customs control, that delivered together with the order/packages,
- 3 copies of the invoice with the client's data
- ID number, driver's license or passport, supporting document of the recipient (the photo is not necessary, just the number)
We guarantee that this information It will only be used to transmit it to the carrier, since our website complies with all European data protection regulations.
To prevent the package from being returned to us, this information is needed.
6/ Delivery times
All our products can be personalized and therefore we do not work with stocks, the order is placed just when the customer confirms the order, it goes to a work queue and depending on the type of product we have a delivery time:
National Peninsula and Balearic Islands
- Vinyls, murals, paintings, wallpapers, panoramic, the term is 10 working days
- Textile products (Carpets, crib and bed linen, etc. ) the term is 15 working days
During the month of August we are at 50% of our staff and although we can assist you in the support, sales and production processes, our deadlines may suffer delays, therefore our delivery commitment period changes:
- Vinyls, paintings, sheets, posters, predefined murals the manufacturing process is 3 weeks + transport time
- Products on rigid support (Panel foam pegasus) the manufacturing process + transport time is 5 weeks + transport time
- Wallpapers and murals with personalized measurements, the manufacturing process is 5 weeks + transport time
- Textile products (Carpets, crib and bed linen, etc. ) the manufacturing process is 5 weeks + transport time

8/ Costs of delivery and reception of orders
National except ISLANDS, Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery costs range between 4 and 6 euros depending on the amount and destination (VAT included), for baskets over 59 euros (VAT included) there are NO delivery costs.
National Balearic Islands:
- Balearic Islands the cost is between 12-15 euros. Free shipping from 150 euros.
- Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: Due to the logistical problems encountered and the problems with CUSTOMS, we do not offer sales service to these ZONES
International*: It is a data that is calculated according to the country of destination, you can see it just before confirming the purchase

The company MAHER Deco S. L - Il Mondo Home ® will not be responsible for taxes and customs costs that may exist outside the European Economic Community (States WITHOUT Euro Zone)
When placing an order, the client undertakes to sign the receipt sheet presented by the person making the delivery, in which he may include all the observations he deems necessary. By signing the receipt sheet, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated on it.
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by MAHER Deco S. L -Mondo Kids & Home
Prices are calculated according to the type of product, measurements, type of finish and if a special customization is desired, these are the cases that can occur:
- Vinyls, we have sizes S, M and L and the price is calculated in relation to the size selected, additionally the price can be increased IF a special type of finish is selected. You can always see the final price before making the payment.
- Murals and wallpapers, the initial price shown is "the minimum price to apply" and is in relation to a minimum measure that when multiplying its width x height is approximately 2 square meters. From here, the price will vary according to the measurements that the customer enters in the WIDTH x HEIGHT fields. It can also be increased depending on the finish or if you choose to make a draft.
The price you pay for the realization of a DRAFT covers the realization of 2 PREVIEWS for your approval, in the case of exceeding said number due to your requirements, this will generate an additional cost of 30 euros with the right to 3 additional previous ones.
- Pictures and sheets, we have several sizes and the one we give by default is the smallest, the price may vary depending on the size that the customer wishes to buy.
- Textile products, the initial prices are a value according to the smallest measure of the product, the price may vary as soon as the client selects larger measures or integrates new products within the offer presented.
In all cases, the final and CORRECT price to make your purchase is the one shown in the summary of your shopping cart and that you can always decide to buy or not, before confirming the payment.
In cases of anomalies in prices indicated or calculated in our online store due to human or computer error, Il Mondo di Alex will inform the client of said incident and once the client has been informed of the correct price, a joint solution will be sought to resolve the error and thus be able to update the order with its correct data.
We have not increased our sales rate for years, but due to the price increases in raw materials and transportation that we are suffering in this year 2022, we are adjusting and changing some prices by type of product, this will lead us to a process that will last until May 31, 2023, therefore if you see any changes compared to previous moments, know that the cause is this decision to update prices for the reasons indicated.
9/ Product sheet
The photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or the instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ from the actual color of the product.
Measurements of the products in the case of vinyls are those indicated in the "VN Measurements" tab, for murals, wallpapers are made as indicated by the client considering that there may always be a remainder in the last strip to be multiples of 61 cm to be trimmed.
In the vinyls and magical windows that are die-cut (cut along their contour), as they are original designs painted and drawn by hand, the cut may take part of the drawing, precisely to avoid showing blank pieces of vinyl , on other occasions where, due to its complexity, it does not allow for perfect die-cutting (hair, threads, leaf stems, very thin elements, the die-cutting may have a small deviation).
10/ Personalization of products
- We customize according to measurements provided by the client but considering that the last strip may have a surplus as they are measurements of the width of the paper on which we print. The font and color of the text we use those that we understand look better in each design, in the event that you want another font and color, you must indicate it in the customization field enabled for it.
- By default the option that you do not want a draft of the mural is selected, if you do so you must check the corresponding box, this will apply an extra cost to the order.
Vinyls, Magic Windows, plaques, canvases
- You can only customize to include a text, the font and color of said text is our design team that uses the most appropriate for each product, in many cases they have an image on the product sheet where we show An example.
- You can add phrase, name. The texts will have the font and color that our design team sees as most appropriate
10/ Incidents and/or claims
WE ACCEPT returns in cases of not meeting the established deadline or for receiving a different product than requested or that has arrived in poor condition.
In the event that the material may arrive damaged due to a carrier incident, reference error, part of the order is missing or erroneous customization, at the time of receiving the order you have 5 DAYS to notify us by email at incidentes@mondokidsandhome. com, the causes (Transport or product reference / wrong design) and a photograph to evaluate the incidence by our quality department.
The color of our products may differ from the color shown on your monitors, even the color of one of our designs within the same range, may differ from another design of the same theme, the main reason is that they are designs that in their origin have been PAINTED BY HAND and the artist may have used slightly different tones in one illustration than in the other. These causes are NOT considered so that they can be part of a claim.
We do NOT accept claims related to the lack of adherence of our murals, wallpaper or vinyl, in the case of surfaces that are not smooth (dotted walls, granulated cement, rough, walls with washable paint or with humidity)
We do NOT accept claims once the product has been used (textiles), manipulated, cut or pasted on the wall, except that there is some manufacturing flaw, please review the order received before use and if you find a Error in the design, phrases, names or of another nature must be communicated to us at incidencias@ilmondodialex. net
In products such as prints, canvases, paintings, magic windows and vinyls, they are elements that must be well fixed on the wall, they must be placed in areas where the safety of their babies or children is not in any danger or if they decide to Put them in risky areas, it will be under your responsibility. MAHER DECO SL, does not assume any responsibility for any accident caused by the fall of any of these products.
IMPORTANT: In very exceptional cases it may happen that the product does not stick well to the wall, the main cause is that there are paints with pigments that repel glues (mainly wallpapers, murals). There is a solution and it is to put a special primer to prepare your wall to put wallpapers, by putting said primer it will eliminate the special pigmentation and allow the product to stick without problems, you can buy it at any specialized paint site. We will not admit claims for this reason since although they are exceptional cases they have the solution that we have exposed.
Claims accepted by our quality control, will be repositioned within a maximum period of one week from the acceptance of the same, being sent again at no cost to the customer, it is important to have the defective product in its packaging .
11/ Terms of payment
The requested products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card), Paypal, Bizum, Sequra or transfer.
12/ Security of private information
MAHER DECO S. L - Mondo Kids & Home, is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or any third party).
13/ Information requested
When placing orders through the site www. mondokidsandhome. com, consents that the company MAHER DECO S. L use nominative data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. These data (names, e-mail address, postal address, credit card number with its expiration date, etc...) are necessary so that we can process your orders.
14/ Security of personal data
Shipping of orders (containing your account information) is done through a secure server. The security program (SSL) encrypts all the information you type before it is sent to us. In addition, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee of hidden defects in the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with the greatest possible care. However, the guarantee will not be valid if failure or damage occurs due to incorrect handling, lack of maintenance or care contrary to our instructions for use. The purchaser should refer to the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use provided with the product.
In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user, except those pertinent to the shipment of the product that will be at your expense.
Once the defective product is received, it will be verified by our quality department, where the type of incident will be verified, we will respond to the result of the same and the solution adopted.
The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of 6 months from the delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it.

16/ Judicial Jurisdiction
The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
